Home and Architecture Studio

A brown field site with an area of 7200 square feet that has been vacant since 1992, re-utilized by the architect / owner to create a private residence. This is a private family residence with a studio of architecture in place by Jonathan Segal. Part of living space surrounded by a pond on one side and a floor area of glass the other hand, this creates an atmosphere that is more fresh and open to a home with a comfortable living space. On the bottom floor of the home used for work space and are also available from a variety of recreational facilities. Fitted with floor and ceiling glass allows for more natural light into the interior of the house. The house is open and flowing expand livable space to private garden and reflecting pool. Boundaries are dissolved and extended through the slider and light, transparency, and broad vision. There are enough unique parts on the exterior wall of the house, with a unique abstract sculpture. Overall this is a simple modern house, but is equipped with many amenities for the comfort of their owners.
